Christmas

Lauren's first Christmas season has come to a close and although she really had no idea what was going on around her I think she had a good time. I am always someone who has wished for the next stage, so I am really looking forward to next year when she might be more excited and aware of the holiday.

We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day evening with Norm's parents. Christmas morning we spent at home eating candy and reading our new magazines - ahh the luxury of it all!

December 27 we were off to Cobourg to visit my family which is always insanity. There were 16 adults - the oldest being 93 - 7 dogs ranging from 3-30 pounds, and one infant. Insanity. Despite her constant crying, Lauren was a big hit. She met one of her uncles for the first time, and saw the others again. She received some lovely gifts and was a great traveler in the car.

We are looking forward to many more Christmas seasons in the years to come.
